Nowadays, English is very important to increase knowledge, therefore, many textbooks are written in English. It needs a lot of time and we must be aware of the importance of English.
To achieve the objective of teaching reading, there are some reading techniques that should be applied by the teacher who teach reading according to Gebhard (1996:201) he states that there are some kinds of reading activities to English as foreign language teacher use to the students teachers can help them do activities to develop their skill to read for thorough comprehension.
